True Legacy Is In People

MISSION STATEMENT

To empower Jamaica’s youth by bridging local communities with the knowledge, resources, and support of the global Jamaican diaspora. We provide pathways in education, sport, wellness, and leadership that uplift young people, strengthen families, and build resilient communities across the island.

VISION STATEMENT

A Jamaica where every child, regardless of background, has access to opportunity, mentorship, and a strong support network; where communities thrive through unity, and where the next generation rises with the skills, confidence, and hope to lead our nation forward.

Our Origins Story

The Journey

The Bridge Network Foundation began with two Jamaicans. Wayne Dawkins and Tracey Crooks, who grew up abroad but never forgot the island that shaped their roots. After decades of serving youth and communities across North America, both felt the same pull to return home and give back in a deeper, more meaningful way. Wayne’s established charity, Dawkins P.H.A.S.E. 1 Global, and Tracey’s emerging Bridge Network Foundation were each working toward the same dream, empowering Jamaican youth and strengthening communities. When the founders met, they realized their missions were not just aligned, but destined to be united. By merging their organizations, they combined their passion, resources, and life’s work to build a powerful bridge between the Jamaican diaspora and the young people who need support most. Together, they are creating pathways of hope, access, and opportunity for the next generation.
